This document is a legally binding agreement between the dk71 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("member", "you"). By using the dk71 website or services, you are considered to have given your full consent to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.

1 General Provisions

dk71 is an online betting and casino entertainment platform that offers players in Bangladesh a range of entertainment activities including cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, bingo, and live casino.

These terms are written in Bengali and must be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any part of the terms is unclear, please contact dk71 regarding the matter in question.

dk71 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after amended terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore each member's responsibility to review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account at dk71:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each individual may open only one account; holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The member must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Residents of restricted regions may not register under any circumstances.
• At the time of registration, dk71 may request documents necessary for identity verification, and the member is obliged to provide them.

dk71 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until identity verification is complete. If any false or inaccurate information is found in the details provided, the account may be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your dk71 account login credentials, password, and any security codes strictly confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately upon becoming aware of it.

You will be fully responsible for any activity carried out using your account, unless you can demonstrate that the transaction occurred without authorization and that it was not the result of your own negligence.

3.2 Account Closure

dk71 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the system.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

Members may also request account closure at any time of their own choosing. In that case, any pending balance in the account will be settled in accordance with the established process, provided it is payable subject to conditions being met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The accepted payment methods for deposits at dk71 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dk71 offers members various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dk71's welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, wagering conditions must be met before becoming eligible to withdraw. dk71's welcome bonus wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus).

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus balance and real money are tracked separately.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering calculations — see the bonus page for details.
• Each bonus expires within a set time period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless dk71 explicitly permits it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dk71 takes a firm stance on bonus abuse. Bonus abuse refers to claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, deliberately placing low-risk bets to take advantage of a bonus, or any method used to gain an advantageous position over the system. If such activity is detected, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on dk71 are governed by specific rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed under any circumstances.
• dk71 reserves the right to void bets that occur as a result of a technical error.
• dk71 sets specific bet limits which may be changed at any time.
• Cheating or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Detailed rules for each game will be stated on the relevant game page.
• For sports betting, match results will be finalized based on the announcement of the relevant governing body.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk71 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's personal or financial information.
• Attempting to damage the platform's software or technical infrastructure.
• Playing through automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability in dk71's games or systems.
• Identity fraud or providing false information.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving improperly toward other members.

If any of the above activities are detected, dk71 will terminate the account, forfeit the full balance, and may take legal action if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

dk71 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection beyond your control.
• Issues arising from faults in third-party software or services.
• Loss caused by unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Loss caused by your own negligence or a breach of your account credentials.
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling — betting is done entirely at your own decision and risk.

dk71 is an entertainment platform. There is no guarantee of winnings and there is a possibility of losing deposited funds. Please gamble responsibly.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

dk71 takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. We use SSL encryption to keep all data secure and it is not disclosed to any unauthorized third parties.

10 Service Changes & Discontinuation

dk71 reserves the right to make the following changes at any time:

• Adding, modifying, or removing any game, bonus, or promotion.
• Changing payment methods.
• Changing deposit and withdrawal limits.
• Temporarily suspending service for maintenance.
• Closing the platform entirely — in which case all valid balances will be returned.

For significant changes, dk71 generally endeavors to give members advance notice, however in urgent situations changes may take effect without notice.

11 Responsible Gambling
